A card is a safe way to keep social distance and still send kind words to those who might need them

About me
The concept of this project is, that anybody can easily create a handmade card for free by printing my self drawn image, coloring it in and send it to friends, family and strangers that may need some kind words, like residents in nursing homes. The image shows a desk with versatile freetime activities for times of social distancing.
I wanted to spread kindness during this challenging times and show that we're all in this together!
If you like the Idea, I suggest sharing your colored cards on social media with #handmadecoronakindness and #coronacardproject.

It's quite easy: print the pdf document to create two cards at once. You can also download the images and create your own templates. I created step by step instructions with pictures as well.
The Card contains no Text and the banner is empty so you can write whatever message you like in whatever language you like.
I drew the humans on the card in a way, where their hairstyles are customizable and I tried to make them androgynous so you have even more freedom in customizing them.

I thought some may be interested in who I am and how I got the idea to create this card.
In short: My name is Jessica Schlegel, I am from Germany and currently I am studying "Kulturpädagogik" (something like Pedagogy & Arts Education) and love to draw and create handmade cards. I use stamps often, but for special occasions like this I draw everything completely myself.
And have mercy, this is the first website I created for a project like this, I know it's nowhere near professional standards.
On Instagram you can find me and my cards at ilovecookiesandart
I was curious so I placed a visitor counter :)
